We're a TALA-registered operator. There's no agency in the middle, so when you book with us, your money goes into your safari, not into a chain of commissions.

Two guides, not a hundred

This is our biggest plus. We don't work with a hundred guides. We have two. When you book a safari with us, your trip is planned by the same guide who travels with you, and he's the one who picks you up at the airport. Meet Joshua.

So you know what the experience will be like before you even book. You've already spoken to the person who'll be with you every day, deciding where you go, when you leave camp and how long you stay with a pride of lions. Most companies don't work this way: you'd normally meet your guide for the first time on the morning of day one.

We don't believe in volume. We're a small company, and we only take as many bookings as our two guides can handle.

More than the famous three parks

Almost everyone hears the same three names: the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire. They're famous for good reason, and our Serengeti safari tours are still the trips we run most. But Tanzania has 22 national parks, and some of the most memorable ones are the quiet ones. Ruaha is wild and vast with far fewer vehicles. Katavi is one of the most remote places you can go on safari in Africa. If one of them suits you better, we'll tell you.

Safaris for families, couples and first-timers

A family safari in Tanzania needs a different pace from a photography trip or a honeymoon. Shorter drives, the right lodges, a guide who's great with kids. We plan around who's coming, not around a fixed package. Whether it's a short Serengeti and Ngorongoro trip or a longer Tanzania safari holiday across several parks, every itinerary starts from a conversation.
